Exterior
After crossing the small bridge over the Sorgues and entering the property through a large gate, you will see a charming outdoor patio next to the parking area with electric car charging station. Nearby, there is a large circular doorway to access the rest of the garden which is home to a private pool and a shaded dining area. Cook a delicious meal on the gas barbecue and spend a warm summer's evening playing boules with your loved ones.
Nearby, the activity space offers many possibilities for children and adults, with a wellness center with Sauna and Hammam, as well a half-basketball court and a trampoline.
Pool
Enjoy a refreshing swim in the 6m x 4m pool or simply soak up the Mediterranean sunshine on the nearby wooden deck. In the pool house, you will find a luxurious sauna and steam room which are ideal for relaxing at the end of a long day.
Interior
On the ground floor of this beautifully restored 18th-century property, you will find several refined living areas: the library with TV, the main lounge with its rustic wood-burning stove, the dining room, the breakfast room and the well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden thanks to large bay windows. This indoor-outdoor space is perfect for families or large groups of friends, seeking to spend time together cooking, chatting or simply enjoying the sunshine. Also on this level, there is a Master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, dressing room and direct access to the garden.
Upstairs, there are four more double bedrooms and a further living space with fitness equipment, a library and an office area. The first of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace, the second has an ensuite bathroom and the final two share an independent bathroom.
