What we like
Location: in a very peaceful setting yet close to amenities, with the bakery, restaurants and shops in Robion just 10 minutes away on foot.
Decoration: upscale and tasteful.
Pool area: large heated pool with shaded terrace.

Pool: equipped with an electric roller shutter, but not fenced.
Pets: pets are not allowed.
Air-conditioning is only available on the 2 upper floors, but not on the first floor, which is very well insulated. The walls are thick, so there's no significant heat build-up.
Exterior
The heart of this property is the fabulous pool with comfy seating and outdoor dining table and chairs, and plancha. The pool and its lawned area lead straight off the shaded terrace.
Evenings can be spent on one of several terraces looking out over the manicured gardens and enjoying the wonderful sunsets with a glass of chilled rosé to hand.
A courtyard at the entrance of the house provides additional space to enjoy relaxing moments.
A large parking area is provided at the front of the house.
Pool
This 10m x 5m private heated pool has a depth of 1.45m and is secured by an electric shutter.
Pool heating availability and pricing
- 1 April to 30 June: €200 /week
- 30 June to 1 September: free of charge
- 1 September to 31 October: €200 /week
Outside these periods, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
This house features an elegant Provencal interior, with beamed ceilings and stone walls that add character. The ensemble is harmoniously complemented by a modern, well-cared-for décor in light, warm tones. The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing tasty meals, while the comfortable living room invites you to relax at the end of the day. All six bedrooms are air-conditioned.
