Location: this holiday rental is nestled in the heart of quiet countryside, whilst being just a 10-minute walk to Goult.
Heated Pool: this luxury 12m x 6m pool, with manual roller shutter, is heated for your comfort.
Exterior
At the end of a long drive, with shaded parking next to the home, you will find Mas Goult with its gated courtyard, trickling fountain and large dining area under a wisteria canopy. To the west, adjoining the living room, is another outdoor dining terrace with a barbecue, shaded pergola and a relaxed seating area. This leads onto a large flat garden and boules court.
Pool
This private 12m x 6m heated pool is the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the region. Secured by a manual roller shutter, you can admire the gorgeous views of the Luberon whilst taking a refreshing dip.
Pool heating availability and pricing
- 1 May to 31 May: €300 /week
- 31 May to 1 October: free of charge
- 1 October to 31 October: €300 /week
Outside these periods, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
Mas Goult is a beautifully renovated French farmhouse which prioritises comfort and relaxation. The house is well proportioned with 320m2 of living space on two levels.
The large living room offers four comfortable sofas, a log burning stove and TV area. Light pours in from the door and windows to courtyard side and from the large French doors leading to the wonderful west terrace. Nearby, the extremely well-equipped kitchen boasts a wonderful vaulted ceiling, air conditioning, LaCanche piano range and easy access to the courtyard. At the end of the kitchen, there is a round dining table with seating for 10 people. The utility room, laundry room and first ensuite double bedroom complete the ground floor of this luxury holiday rental. Upstairs, you will find four more bedrooms with the sixth located across the courtyard in the Pigeonnier.
Bedrooms
This charming property sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children in 6 comfortable bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 of which form a family suite with adjoining bunk beds for children.
On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: with king-sized double bed, views of the courtyard and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
On the first floor:
Bedroom 2/Master: with king-sized four poster double bed, air conditioning, juliet balcony overlooking the courtyard and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: with king-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred, views of the courtyard and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 4: with queen-sized double bed, door leading to Bedroom 5 and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 5: with a bunk bed and window views to the fields... the perfect room for children.
In the Pigeonnier:
Bedroom 6: with double bed, private shower room and direct access to the pool terrace. The Pigeonnier is a small tower located across the courtyard from the main house. The bathroom can be found on the lower floor with the bedroom up a flight of stairs.
