As you enter the 3,500m2 property through an alley of bicentennial plane trees, you are greeted by the pretty south-facing cottage and large dining table under the trees. From here, you can can admire the sunsets and enjoy delicious barbecues with your loved ones.
Surrounded by trees and the countryside, the wooded garden allows you to settle in several spaces to enjoy the sun, the shade and the swimming pool in peace, depending on the time of day. You can also play boules, darts, go for walks or choose to go cycling.
The 11m x 5m private swimming pool, secured by an electric shutter, is open from mid-April to mid-October and heated at the beginning and end of the season. Ideally located to enjoy sunbathing, it overlooks the countryside and allows you to relax in peace.

This authentic 200m2 18th-century barn was completely refurbished in 2018. With noble original materials and tasteful restoration, modern comfort is assured in every space. The floors benefit from under-floor cooling and heating but there is also a wood-burning stove for colder months. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The ground floor, with its large living space, overlooks the outside for your meals and moments of relaxation. It is composed of a large fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with a library, board games and TV, a dining room and a guest WC.
Upstairs, you will find four bright king-sized double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and views of the surrounding countryside. Each bed can, upon request, be converted into two single beds.
This beautiful property can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms for your comfort and peace of mind. Each of the double beds (180 x 200 cm) can be converted into 2 single beds on request. Each bathroom has a hairdryer and organic toiletries.
