Pool security: the pool is alarmed, but not fenced. We therefore recommend particular supervision in the presence of young children.
Fencing: the property has an electric fence on the field side
Privacy: the road bordering the property is very quiet, as is the hamlet. To the rear, there is no vis-à-vis with the neighbor's house.
Under the shady pergola opposite the living room, you'll find a table for 6 and a barbecue, allowing you to share meals, day or night, while admiring the view. The garden has several places to relax: the shaded terrace for meals, the awning by the pool, ideal for admiring sunsets, the poolside with lawn and the areas in front of the master bedroom and annex.
The furniture has been carefully chosen: Unopiu sofa, 4 Fermob deckchairs, 1 concrete table with 8 chairs, 2 Unopiu armchairs with wicker coffee table, Unopiu parasols and a Unopiu Amanda hammock.
Picnic baskets and crockery are available if you'd like to go for a walk.
This gorgeous 7m x 3m swimming pool is heated to 26°C, has a massaging jet and counter-current swimming. Relax in the sun from the sun loungers on the lawn or on the comfortable and stylish furniture in the summer lounge.
The Bio-UV pool water treatment system, which replaces chlorine, is healthy for the skin and environmentally friendly.

This beautifully decorated mas, adorned with large windows which let in plenty of light, is spread over several levels to give a feeling of space and serenity.
On the ground floor of the main house, you will find the ensuite master bedroom, the living room with fireplace, the dining table and the brand new well-equipped kitchen. The 60m2 room is bathed in light thanks to the huge bay windows. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms which share an independent shower room and separate WC. In the annex, the double bedroom has an independent entrance, its own terrace and a private bathroom.
Particular attention has been paid to the quality of bedding and linens: white linen, percale or satin cotton from Linvosges or Carré Blanc. Throughout the house, you will find decor by Edra, Ethnicraft, Maisons de Vacances, Zocohome, Elitis, Harmony, Rock the Kasbah, Asart. The china is from Revol, local ceramists, Celadon, wine glass from Guy Degrenne and Q de Bouteille and pans from Mauviel. Cooking books are also available (in French and English). Personal touches are added with pieces from the owner's childhood and a library complete with tourist brochures, decoration magazines, table games and books in both French and English
