The farmhouse: a beautifully restored and modernized country house that combines rustic charm with modern amenities, the main building has a large dining room and living room with fireplace, piano and TV area, the kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances and cooking utensils.
The bedrooms: it has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, in addition to the main building, there is also an annex that houses 3 additional bedrooms.
The exteriors: the property is surrounded by 2 hectares of meticulously landscaped gardens, the various terraces offer a perfect place to relax, read a book or enjoy a meal with family or friends.
The location: the house is ideally situated just 700 meters from the village, which you can reach by taking a leisurely stroll along the canal. This location offers easy access to local amenities, while providing a peaceful, private setting for a relaxing stay.

The garden spans two hectares and is a beautiful blend of ancient olive and cypress trees, lush lawns, and colourful, aromatic flower beds. The charming, shaded dining terrace, complete with a gas plancha and charcoal barbecue, provides the perfect spot for outdoor meals with family and friends. This heated pool measures 12 x 6 m and is surrounded by comfortable sun beds, inviting you to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sun. For those who prefer shade, the covered area furnished with lounge chairs provides a cool and comfortable spot to enjoy a drink or a good book. Whether you're swimming laps or simply taking in the serene surroundings, the pool area is the perfect place to unwind.

This 250 m2 farmhouse has a spacious living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a shaded terrace. The four ensuite bedrooms in the main building provide ample space for guests to relax and unwind. In addition, there is an annexe with three more ensuite bedrooms, as well as another small kitchen and a living room, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy their stay. The bedrooms in the annexe are all on the ground floor and may be particularly suitable for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Enjoy contemporary luxury while living in beautiful, historical cottage surroundings, far away from the demands of modern life.
The 4 bedrooms in the main house are air-conditioned individually, and the annex has one large air-conditioning unit for the whole building.
On the second floor of the main house:

Bedroom 2: with king-size bed (180 x 200) and en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a separate toilet.
Bedroom 4: with king-size bed (180 x 200) and en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, double washbasin and WC.
In the annex on the first floor:
Bedroom 5: with double bed (140 x 200).
Bedroom 6: with king-size bed (180 x 200).
Rooms 5 and 6 share a separate bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin.
Bedroom 7: with double bed (160 x 200) and en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin.
Rooms 5, 6 and 7 share a separate toilet.
The annex has its own independent kitchen and living room.

Cleaning fees include end-of-stay cleaning and a change of sheets for stays longer than a week.
The swimming pool is heated from 15 April to 15 October for an additional fee of 200 € per week. In the off-season, the pool heating depends on the weather.
