What We Love
Location: Nestled in the Luberon countryside, La Bastide Neuve is just 3 kilometers from the village of Céreste. A charming path, perfect for a leisurely stroll, connects La Bastide to the village. Spanning 27 hectares of private land, this vacation estate allows you to immerse yourself in nature and explore the Luberon in complete privacy with your family and friends.
On-site activities: Outside, you can enjoy a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a synthetic tennis court measuring 23 x 8 meters. Inside, you’ll find a magnificent pool table, a game room with foosball, retro games, and plenty of board games and books for adults and children. This makes the property perfect for families and groups of friends looking for entertainment.
Additional Services: Treat yourself to a delicious breakfast, freshly prepared and delivered every morning. In the evening, enjoy a private wine tasting on-site. The wine cellar offers over 10,000 bottles of unique and exceptional wines for sale. Please note that these services are subject to an additional charge and are not included in the rental price. Breakfasts featuring fresh, seasonal produce (adults 15 euros, children 6 euros) and a shuttle service to the train station or airport are also available.

New for the 2024 season: the property now features a brand-new underfloor cooling system on the ground floor, ensuring that the entire Bastide stays cool during the hottest months of the year.
Bedroom 1, the children’s dormitory, and the studio also have their own air conditioning units.
Pool and pond/fountain safety: Although the pool is secured by a fence and a cover, we strongly recommend that young children be supervised by adults at all times when near the pool area. Similarly, the property has an unprotected pond; young children must be supervised by adults when near it.
Bathroom Layout:One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom; three bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room; and the remaining four bedrooms share two shower rooms on the first floor. Additionally, each of these four bedrooms is equipped with a private sink for added convenience.

Ideal for lovers of the great outdoors, this 27-hectare property offers a breathtaking 360° view of the surrounding countryside. Start your walks directly from the house to discover the fabulous landscapes of the protected Luberon park and enjoy the viewpoints overlooking the valley. Spend a delicious moment strolling under the century-old oak tree, and under the arbor, savor a delicious meal cooked on the plancha while enjoying a clear view of the estate in Olympian calm! A cricket game is also available.
The property offers a beautiful tennis court surrounded by vegetation with a practice wall.

Pool
Dip into this generously proportioned swimming pool (14 x 7 m) surrounded by olive trees and truffle oaks, or lie back on the pool terrace. This is the perfect place to immerse yourself in a good novel in the shade of parasols. After a long, active day of exploring in the Luberon there is nothing more relaxing than to wind down in the jacuzzi and let yourself truly rest and recover.
Interior
This authentic 500m2 property offers a friendly, well-equipped kitchen with a large dining room under magnificent stone vaults, (the dining table of exceptional proportions can accommodate up to 20 people), a spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace, a large American billiards table as well as a large games/relaxation room of 50 m2 for the enjoyment of the whole family and a sleeping area on the mezzanine.
All the living spaces on the ground floor lead to a shaded terrace, the garden, the swimming pool, the tennis court. An independent double bedroom is also located on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you will find 1 spacious suite offering a magnificent view of the garden and the forest, as well as 5 other double bedrooms and a library, all in a very friendly atmosphere. One of the bedrooms offers many games and books for children. The Library with bench seat also gives access to the private terrace and offers beautiful works on Art, Wine, Provence, Cooking, Health etc., but also numerous novels and around a hundred books in English.
In the living room, a YAMAHA digital piano is available (clavinova CLP 545 model) with powerful sound, 256-note wooden keyboard imitating the touch of an acoustic piano. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available on the ground floor.
