Château Les Preyres

Located between Le Muy and Sainte-Maxime, Château Les Preyres is a winegrowing estate in a region with a long agricultural tradition. The vineyard, which is certified organic, produces AOP Côtes de Provence wines using methods that combine traditional practices with modern techniques.
In the sales cellar, you can discover the estate's different cuvées, some of which are aged in amphora. This method enhances the aromatic purity of the wines and their expression of the terroir.
The domaine also offers a bistronomic table run by chef Damien Cruchet. The cuisine is based on seasonal produce and Provencal inspirations, in a setting at the heart of the vineyard.
The whole experience is centered on wine, gastronomy and local heritage.
Nestled between the Maures massif and the first limestone heights, Château Les Preyres enjoys ideal conditions for viticulture. The estate, which is certified organic, covers some ten hectares of AOP Côtes de Provence vines, harvested by hand each year.
The grape varieties grown include Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle. They are blended and vinified by a team that continues the Vignobles Massa tradition, with a focus on balance and terroir expression.
Excavations on the estate have uncovered the remains of a winegrowing operation dating back to Gallo-Roman times, including an ancient wine press and doliums. These discoveries testify to the age of vine-growing on this site.
In the 19th century, the estate became the property of Ferdinand Joseph Marie de Felix, Marquis du Muy, who built his home here. In the 2000s, Sylvain Massa undertook the renovation and extension of the building, while developing the vineyard with almost eight additional hectares. The first Château Les Preyres rosé was produced in 2016.
