A charming, atypical hamlet nestled between Ménerbes and Bonnieux, this property offers 4 double bedrooms, 1 suite, 5 bathrooms, a swimming pool, terraces, patios and partial air conditioning. With its unique layout on several half-levels, the house offers intimate spaces for everyone to enjoy.
Living spaces include a cozy living room with fireplace and TV that opens onto a lush south-facing patio, a beautiful Provencal kitchen with Lacanche stove, a dining room and library with TV, and an office area leading to a sunny north-facing patio. This inviting outdoor space features a natural fountain and a summer kitchen equipped with a gas barbecue, refrigerator and stove.
This unique property can accommodate up to ten guests in five comfortable bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. They are divided into four distinct areas, with one double bedroom per floor: on the ground floor, first floor and third floor. On the second floor, on the other hand, there are two double rooms, one of which can have 2 single beds.

The property offers three magnificent, intimate spaces perfect for relaxing or sharing meals together. A secure 8 x 8-meter swimming pool, equipped with an underwater alarm and wicket gate, is surrounded by greenery.
A small shaded patio to the south invites you to relax, while a beautiful terrace and a large sunny patio with a fully-equipped summer kitchen (gas barbecue, fridge and hob) add to the charm of the setting.
A large natural fountain completes this enchanting setting, ideal for unforgettable moments.
Pool
The secure 8 x 8-meter swimming pool, equipped with an underwater alarm and a wicket gate, is a real asset for peaceful bathing. It is located on a sunny terrace.

Spanning several semi-levels, the villa offers spaces perfectly designed for relaxing and sharing, with direct access from the living room to the south patio. Every corner of this property exudes charm and tranquility.
