Welcome Beach

Welcome Beach presents a seaside experience built around space, comfort, and a practical connection to the coastline. The setting is open and airy, with wood, fibre, rope, plants, and canisses used to shape distinct areas without overcomplicating the design. Beach furniture follows the same logic, with wooden sunbeds, taupe mattresses, and white-fringed parasols arranged for long stretches by the water. The layout keeps the atmosphere calm and structured, with a lounge area set directly on the sand, a dining space softened by cream drapes, and a relaxation zone made for drinks between swims. The result is straightforward and well judged, with a team on hand and the sea always in view.

The restaurant

The restaurant focuses on Mediterranean cuisine built around fresh, seasonal, and local produce, including catches from the area. The menu begins with tapas such as Greek tzatziki, calamari with homemade rouille, joels fried with homemade rouille, chicken tenders with barbecue sauce, and sharing plates including mozzarella on tomato gazpacho. Lighter dishes include avocado toast, warm goat cheese, Caesar salad, gravlax salmon marinated with chartreuse, Welcome-style mozzarella tomatoes, and a vegetable salad. Pasta options range from gnocchi with asparagus cream and burratina to linguine with crustacean sauce and black tiger prawns. Main dishes cover the Welcome burger, beef tartare, Irish Angus chuck flap, chilli-marinated pork, and a beef rib for two. Seafood features the catch of the day, wild lobsters from Lavandou, and local fish such as seabass, sea bream, porgy, and John Dory. There are also child-friendly dishes and desserts including crème brûlée, banoffee, chocolate fondant, lemon meringue tart, and a fresh fruit platter to share.
