Located just outside the village of Le Castellet, Hôtel & Spa du Castellet occupies a vast estate surrounded by gardens, woods and a six-hole golf course. Considered one of the leading luxury hotels in the south of France, the establishment is renowned for its accommodation and restaurants.
Two restaurants complete the experience. Le San Felice offers a more casual setting with a menu influenced by Italian flavors, while La Table du Castellet, headed by chef Fabien Ferré, presents a refined gastronomic menu.
Since March 2024, La Table du Castellet has held three Michelin stars under the direction of chef Fabien Ferré. His cuisine is defined by precise technique and balanced flavors, with dishes designed to highlight the quality of each ingredient. Fabien Ferré has been working at Le Castellet for many years, and leads a team that has grown alongside him. Pastry chefs Loïc Colliau and Rémy Barbagelata take care of dessert creations, while head sommelier Florian Wunenburger manages the wine list. Together, the team members share the same attention to detail and flavor, and ensure that every dish reflects the restaurant's high standards.
