La Villa Archange
Côte d'Azur / French Riviera > Le Cannet
Set in an 18th-century Provencal villa overlooking the hills of Cannes, this restaurant offers an intimate setting with several small lounges where guests can enjoy the cuisine of chef Bruno Oger.
Originally from Brittany, Bruno Oger draws inspiration from both Breton and Mediterranean influences. His menu reflects this combination, with seafood playing a central role alongside carefully prepared meat dishes.
For example, abalone from the island of Groix served with a parsley sauce, roasted turbot with celery, shallots and walnuts, or braised pork cheeks with razor clams and a black pudding tartlet. Desserts can include ingredients such as lemon, praline and buckwheat.
Guests can also choose to dine at the **table d'hôte** located in the kitchen, giving them a closer look at how each dish is prepared and served.
Attentive service completes the experience, and the lunch menu, available on Fridays and Saturdays, is an opportunity to discover the same dishes offered on the tasting and à la carte menus.
La Villa Archange is chef Bruno Oger's two-Michelin-starred restaurant. The restaurant is part of Relais & Châteaux and a member of Les Grandes Tables du Monde, demonstrating its place as one of the Côte d'Azur's leading gastronomic addresses.
The restaurant occupies a historic bastide house, where the dining room combines several decorative influences. Metal table lamps, historic photographs, light fabrics and period details create a warm, intimate atmosphere. During the warmer months, guests can also dine in the tree-lined courtyard. The terrace reflects the relaxed rhythm of Mediterranean life, with shaded seating and views of the surrounding garden
Chef Bruno Oger's cuisine reflects both his Breton origins and his experience of the Mediterranean coast. The menu evolves according to the seasons and the availability of regional produce. Dishes may include seafood such as Groix abalone, red mullet, Breton lobster, turbot or sea bass. The menu also features products from Provence, such as Alpilles lamb and sweetbreads. DESSERTS AND WINES Pastry chef Yohan Jara creates desserts combining fruit, chocolate and well-balanced flavors, sometimes enhanced with spices or aromatic ingredients. The wine list features over four hundred labels. Sommelier Axel Dervieux assists guests in choosing the right pairings for their dishes and seasons. Together, the cuisine, setting and service create a gastronomic experience shaped by regional ingredients and the culinary traditions of Brittany and the Mediterranean.
