Located in Anse Corton, facing Cap Canaille, La Villa Madie occupies a contemporary building with a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. The restaurant's waterside location puts it at the center of Cassis' coastal landscape.

Chef Dimitri Droisneau, originally from Normandy, draws much of his inspiration from the ingredients and traditions of Provence. His cuisine focuses on clear flavors, meticulous technique and combinations that bring together products from land and sea.

The menu evolves with the seasons, often featuring unexpected combinations. For example, carabao shrimps are paired with a red fruit tartlet, balancing the composition between fruit and shellfish.

The gastronomic experience is supported by a wine list designed to accompany the dishes and showcase producers from the region and beyond.

Villa Madie is located in the Anse de Corton, a bay well-known to Cassis locals. The restaurant overlooks the Mediterranean, with a terrace above the water. The location reflects the meeting point between the sea and the surrounding Provencal landscape. Marielle and chef Dimitri Droisneau chose Cassis to share their love of the region and its ingredients. Their restaurant is dedicated to presenting a cuisine closely linked to this Mediterranean terroir. The interior combines soft tones and light wood, creating a calm, comfortable dining room. Chef Dimitri Droisneau creates his menus using ingredients sourced from local producers. Seasonal vegetables, seafood and other local produce determine the direction of the cuisine. For the chef, working with local producers is essential. Each ingredient reflects the work of the people who produce it and the landscape from which it comes. The result is a menu that evolves throughout the year, guided by the seasons and the produce available around Cassis.
