Bruno Cirino was trained by several influential figures in French gastronomy, including Jo Rostang, Roger Vergé, Jacques Maximin and Alain Ducasse. He has also worked in the kitchens of Royal Monceau, Negresco, Juana and Château Eza.
These experiences shaped his approach to cooking, centred on the search for the original flavour of each ingredient and the careful balance of combinations on the plate.
Today, he continues this work in La Turbie through his restaurants, as well as in Nice with his restaurant Racines.
