The restaurant

The restaurant combines French and Mediterranean cooking with a menu that has enough range for a full beach day. Starters include burrata, carpaccio of Gamberoni, Mediterranean sea bream ceviche, avocado with pink shrimp, Fassone beef crudo, bresaola and artisanal barbajuans. There is also a selection of Pinsa Romana made with organic flour, with options such as Marguerite, Parma, truffle and Calabrian. For main courses, the menu moves between land and sea. Choices include beef fillet, Bresse chicken, sea bass in salt crust, octopus tentacle, linguini alle Vongole, grilled swordfish, lobster and crayfish according to availability. Desserts are kept direct and seasonal, with fresh fruit, Carros strawberries with vegan whipped cream, Mala pavlova, artisanal ice creams and sorbets. There is also a children’s option with steak or fish and chips, plus a scoop of ice cream.
