Here, you can enjoy the sea directly, while being just a few minutes from the Cap Sicié coves, restaurants, Provencal markets and the lively ports of La Seyne and Sanary.
Please note
The villa has no vis-à-vis on the sea side: just the Mediterranean as far as the eye can see, from every terrace. An absolute rarity.
Exterior
Outside, the villa enjoys an exceptional location on the Fabrégas corniche, where rock, sea and pine trees create a unique natural setting. Terraces follow one another, offering a variety of outdoor living spaces to suit different times of day: a shaded lounge area, a large table facing the sea, deckchairs facing the horizon, and relaxation areas for enjoying the peace and quiet. The pétanque court, vegetable garden and ping-pong table create a friendly, family atmosphere, ideal for vacations where people like to get together and share.
Pool
Suspended above the water, the infinity pool gives the impression of plunging straight into the Mediterranean. The jacuzzi completes this unique panorama, perfect for enjoying the sunset or relaxing after a day at sea.

Interior
The villa's interior boasts a surprisingly meticulous style and the quality of the renovation work carried out by architects. The living room, open to the sea, combines natural materials and tastefully selected furnishings. The five bedrooms - including four suites - offer generous comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. An immersive sound system and a piano add a real convivial dimension to the house.
