At the crossroads of the Massif des Maures, with its sandy-limestone soils, and the Raphaël coastline, characterised by clay-sandy terrain, the estate benefits from a distinctive geographical setting.

From these loamy-clay soils emerges a remarkable diversity of grape varieties—Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Tibouren, Mourvèdre, and Rolle—each finding its ideal expression according to exposure and soil composition.

The sun-drenched parcels are dedicated to red wines, while the more calcareous areas, favouring freshness and minerality, give rise to precise and refined white wines.

SPRING

From March to May, vineyard work follows a series of essential steps as nature awakens and the vine gradually prepares to bear fruit. During this season, the vineyard demands constant attention. Suckering is carried out to encourage the development of fruitful shoots and improve overall vine balance. It is also the time for the first carefully controlled treatments, designed to protect the vines against diseases and pests such as downy mildew and powdery mildew. As foliage grows rapidly in late spring, canopy management becomes key. Lifting, trimming, and leaf thinning are performed to ensure optimal sunlight exposure and improved air circulation around the grapes—conditions essential for healthy development. A
