Location: Situated in Tourrettes, in a large, secure estate, the villa is around 45 minutes from Cannes and 45 minutes from Fréjus, making it easy to get to the coast and the Var's main attractions.
Highlights
The famous Terre Blanche golf course is in the immediate vicinity, providing quick access to the resort's courses and facilities. A 2-seater golf cart is available for use on the estate.
The first floor bedroom has a PMR-compliant bathroom, making the villa suitable for travelers with accessibility needs.
Access to the gold and spa is extra.
Exterior
The villa is set in 4,000 m² of grounds with planted areas, terraces and leisure areas. A large covered terrace allows outdoor dining, even in midsummer. The garden includes manicured lawns, a petanque court and a private tennis court. The whole is organized for a variety of uses: children's games, group meals, rest areas, etc
Pool
The 14m50 swimming pool is located right next to the main terrace. It is heated, secure and surrounded by a large tiled area equipped with deckchairs. It is rectangular in shape, with steps for easy access for all ages.
Pool heating availability and pricing
- 31 May to 30 September: €150 /week
- 30 September to 1 October: free of charge
- 1 October to 31 May: €150 /week
Outside these periods, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The interior of the Villa offers around 250 m² of living space, divided between a bright first floor and a first floor dedicated to bedrooms. The living areas feature large bay windows, providing plenty of natural light throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Lacanche oven, dishwasher and modern appliances. A small adjoining living room can be converted into a fifth bedroom, with its own bathroom meeting PMR standards. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms are divided between two suites with private bathrooms and two bedrooms sharing a common bathroom. All rooms are equipped with adjustable air conditioning and ceiling fans.
