Spaces designed for entertaining: With its 9 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms, large kitchen equipped to serve 22 people, billiards room, yoga/movie room, and wellness area with a sauna, the property was designed for sharing unique moments with family or friends.
Outdoor spaces perfect for the Provençal way of life: A swimming pool, winter garden, shaded terraces, and a large table under a century-old arbor provide the ideal setting to fully enjoy the long summer days and evenings in the heart of the Var.
An ideal location in the heart of the Var: Located in Pignans, Villa Olivine enjoys a prime location between the sea and the Provençal hinterland. Just one hour from Marseille, Nice, and Saint-Tropez, the property offers easy access to the region’s coastal beaches, iconic Provençal villages, and renowned vineyards.
Please note
There is no private parking, as the property is a village house. A public parking lot is a two-minute walk away, and you can unload your luggage right in front of the house.
Villa Olivine is located just a 10-minute walk from the Pignans train station, allowing for easy and convenient access without a car from the region’s major cities.
Pool Safety: Thepool is secured by an electric cover to restrict access to young children. However, as it is not fully fenced, extra caution is advised when young children are present.
Exterior
In the heart of the Provençal village of Pignans, Villa Olivine features outdoor spaces designed to be true living areas. Surrounding the pool and shaded terraces, the various spaces invite you to slow down and fully enjoy the Provençal art of living. Beneath the century-old arbor illuminated by chandeliers with dangling pendants, long dinner tables take on an almost timeless quality, while the outdoor lounges and relaxation areas offer more intimate moments of respite between exploring the region. The winter garden, dominated by a majestic, century-old orange tree, lends a unique and warm atmosphere to this charming property.
Pool
Surrounded by terraces and relaxation areas, the Hotel Olivine swimming pool naturally becomes the heart of summer days. Protected by an electric shutter and perfectly integrated into the garden, it offers a privileged setting for enjoying the Provencal sun in complete tranquillity. Between dips, siestas in the shade and long aperitifs at the end of the day, the pool area invites you to fully savor the peaceful and elegant atmosphere of the property.
Interior
Behind its facade of an early 20th-century bourgeois residence, Hotel Olivine reveals 500 m² of entirely renovated space, where the charm of the past meets contemporary, high-end comfort. Cement tiles, antique materials, works of art and an impressive 12-meter staircase create an elegant, authentic atmosphere. Designed for large-scale stays with family or friends, the house boasts a vast fully-equipped kitchen for receptions, a dining room that can accommodate up to 20 guests, and numerous areas dedicated to relaxation: billiard room, library, yoga/cinema area, sauna and gym. Spread over several floors, the nine air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms offer comfort, privacy and unobstructed views over the village rooftops or the Maures massif.
