A privileged location in the Var hinterland: Just minutes from Fayence, Tourrettes and Lac de Saint-Cassien, the property is within easy reach of hilltop villages, outdoor activities and the Côte d'Azur. Villa Eléa enjoys a privileged location in one of the most sought-after areas of the Provencal hinterland. Ranked as one of the most beautiful hilltop villages in the Var, Fayence's picturesque lanes, Provencal markets, restaurants and authentic atmosphere are sure to please. Just 10 minutes from Lake Saint-Cassien, travelers can enjoy water sports, hiking and remarkable natural landscapes. The Côte d'Azur and Cannes can be reached in around 30 minutes, while the prestigious Terre Blanche golf course is just 5 minutes from the property.

Pool safety: the pool is secured with an electric shutter to restrict access to young children. However, extra vigilance is advised in the presence of young children.
Exterior
Nestled in peaceful surroundings just a few minutes from the villages of Fayence and Tourrettes, Villa Eléa extends over a vast private plot surrounded by Provencal nature. The large outdoor dining table provides a convivial setting for all travelers, with views of the surrounding forest.
The extensive gardens offer a host of activities for young and old alike. Between the petanque court, ping-pong table, table soccer, garden games and swing, there's something for everyone to enjoy on long, sunny days. The quiet, leafy setting enhances the feeling of escape, while remaining close to villages and amenities.
Pool
At the heart of the garden, the 10 x 5-metre private swimming pool is a genuine relaxation area for the whole family. Surrounded by a vast terrace equipped with numerous deckchairs, it invites you to take full advantage of the Provencal sunshine in a calm, unspoilt environment.
Thanks to its generous dimensions, the pool is ideal for both relaxation and family games. It is equipped with a rigid cover and can be heated on request, allowing you to enjoy it comfortably from spring through to autumn.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 April to 1 November: €200 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
Spread over three levels, Villa Elia offers generous volumes and is ideally organized for groups of up to 8 people. Fully air-conditioned, the house combines modern comfort and Provencal charm in a warm, family atmosphere. The spacious living room invites you to relax with its comfortable seating and large windows opening onto the outdoor terraces.
The dining room, complete with piano, is a real place for sharing, while the fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for large gatherings. Each room has its own private bathroom, and some even benefit from a kitchenette, particularly appreciated for multi-generational or multi-family stays.
