Exceptional natural setting: Situated in a Natura 2000 reserve, this property offers an unspoilt environment unique in Provence. Terrace, petanque court, green nooks and crannies and pool house make this villa an ideal place for relaxation and leisure.
Exclusive access to the Château: You have access to the services of the renowned winery. Just a few kilometers away. You'll find a restaurant, a farm, local produce, a cellar for wine tasting, as well as a bakery with a traditional bread oven, and much more.
Ideal location: the bastide is 35 km from Saint-Tropez, just off the A8 Le Luc en Provence freeway.
Toulon-Hyères airport, the nearest, is 68 km away. Nice and Marseille airports are less than 1h30 away. You can enjoy the peace and tranquility of being just a few kilometers from the freeway, offering convenient access for your excursions to the sea.

In the heart of a winegrowing estate, the "Bastide du Var" is a place to relax and recharge your batteries with family or friends. Large garden with Provencal fragrances, several shaded terraces, vineyards as far as the eye can see, boules court, swimming pool, pool house with plancha, picnic tables... enough to delight young and old and even the most demanding!

Your 10 m x 3.5 m private pool is a haven of peace, surrounded by wooden fences and nestled in a lush green setting. Surrounded by nature, it's the ideal place for the whole family to relax. The carefully designed, shaded pool house allows you to stay close to the pool at any time of day, whether for a moment of relaxation, a convivial meal or simply to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
Interior
Fully air-conditioned, the villa sleeps 16 in 350 m² of living space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ensuring independence for all. One is part of a loft with its own private dining room and kitchen.
The house is fully equipped: laundry room with washing machine and dryer, winter lounge with fireplace, summer lounge overlooking the pool, flat-screen TV, professional kitchen, additional kitchen with TV for children.
