Bambusa Beach

Bambusa offers a beach-day set-up that is built around comfort, space and a clear sense of place. Wooden canopy beds face the water, while sunbeds close to the shoreline place you directly in the sea breeze. Cream-coloured sails and parasols provide shade, and the cane-roof terrace gives the club a relaxed, practical layout for long lunches or slower afternoons. The atmosphere is lively without feeling chaotic, supported by an attentive team and a design scheme that uses wood, white furnishings and dense planting to frame the space. Mediterranean pines, hanging dreamcatchers and natural materials give the club a slightly bohemian look, while the open sea view keeps the focus on the coastline. The restaurant

The restaurant at Bambusa serves Franco-Italian cuisine indoors or outdoors, with a menu that covers sharing plates, fresh pasta, salads, seafood and meat dishes. The tapas selection includes bresaola from Valtellina, Parma ham, mortadella, culatello di Zibello, burrata, breaded anchovies, daily fried specialities and marinière mussels, alongside lighter options such as crudités with anchoïade and grilled vegetables. Fresh pasta dishes include trofie alla Genovese, spaghetti chitarra, tagliolini with summer truffle or lobster, linguine with clams and paccheri with seafood. Main courses span beef tartare, gourmet burger, veal cutlet, rib steak, grilled beef fillet, tuna tataki, seafood guazetto, mixed fried cuoppo, grilled prawns and sea bream. There are also pizzas, a dedicated children’s selection and desserts such as tiramisu, panna cotta, Paris-Brest, lemon tart and seasonal fruit. A DJ area adds a late-day summer programme for those staying on after dinner.
