Mistral Blanc - Villa Regalido
Located in Fontvieille, at the gateway to the Alpilles and close to the heart of Provence, La Régalido welcomes guests to a setting steeped in the region's history.
The building was originally a 17th-century oil mill, transformed into a hotel in the 19th century. Over the years, the property has become a renowned address for Provencal hospitality, and remains closely linked to the character of the Alpilles region.
Just ten minutes from Arles and five minutes from Les Baux-de-Provence, La Régalido is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. From here, visitors can discover nearby destinations such as Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Maussane-les-Alpilles and the historic village of Fontvieille.

All year round, Le Mistral Blanc welcomes guests for a gastronomic experience in the historic setting of the house. The restaurant showcases Provencal cuisine based on the seasons and the products of the moment. Chef Simon Gonnin offers a three-course menu that changes regularly according to the day's inspiration and ingredients sourced from local producers. His cuisine reflects the flavors of Provence through careful preparation and seasonal selection. Guests can dine in the vaulted stone dining room, one of the property's signature spaces. During the warmer months, meals are also served outside, in the shade of pine and fig trees. To accompany the menu, the cellar offers a selection of wines chosen according to the dishes served throughout the meal.
