Chêne Bleu wines are crafted at La Verrière, a remarkable medieval estate perched high in the Dentelles de Montmirail, at the foot of the iconic Mont Ventoux.
At this altitude, the vineyard benefits from a unique climate that brings freshness, balance, and elegance to every wine. Cultivated using organic farming practices, with biodynamic principles applied to selected plots, the estate works in harmony with nature, focusing on the emblematic grape varieties of the Rhône Valley.

Throughout the year, by appointment, guests are welcomed for cellar visits and tastings. Each experience is guided with warmth and generosity, where sharing and conviviality are at the heart of every encounter.
The team invites you to discover the philosophy and history behind each cuvée—Abélard, Héloïse, Astralabe, Aliot, Viognier, and Rosé (subject to availability)—through a curated tasting experience.
Visits are available in both French and English, and younger guests are also welcomed with sensory tasting activities designed especially for them.
A GASTRONOMIC JOURNEY
From April to October, at lunchtime, Chêne Bleu offers immersive food and wine pairings. Two seasonal menus are designed to complement the wines, followed by a guided cellar tour.
