Private wellness area: The villa features a genuine relaxation area with a heated saltwater swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. These facilities allow you to enjoy a complete relaxation experience without leaving the property.
Large, convivial living spaces: The 50 m² living room features several areas dedicated to relaxation: a lounge with fireplace, large-screen TV and piano. This bright space becomes a central place for sharing moments together.
Privileged location in La Croix-Valmer: Located in a secure estate in La Croix-Valmer, the villa is just a seven-minute walk from the beach and a short drive from Saint-Tropez. It combines residential tranquility with quick access to the beaches and emblematic villages of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

The exteriors of Villa Valmer have been designed to take full advantage of the Côte d'Azur climate. The fully enclosed garden offers a private and secure environment, ideal for stays with family or friends. Several relaxation areas allow you to soak up the sun or share meals al fresco. The property also features on-site parking for up to five vehicles, as well as an electric car charging station. Located in a secure estate in La Croix-Valmer, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting yet remains close to the beaches and Saint-Tropez.
Pool
The property features a heated, salt-treated private outdoor pool. Surrounded by relaxation areas, it invites guests to enjoy sunny Mediterranean days. To prolong moments of well-being, guests also benefit from a private Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam, offering a true home spa experience.

Completely renovated in 2025, Villa Valmer offers modern, comfortable, fully air-conditioned interiors. The main house comprises five double bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus two independent bedrooms with private bathrooms accessible from the outside, ideal for welcoming guests in total privacy.
The 50 m² living room is the heart of the villa. Bright and inviting, it offers several living areas with a comfortable lounge, an open fireplace, a 65-inch LCD flat screen TV and even a piano, creating a warm atmosphere for relaxing moments.
