The main house comprises a spacious living room extending onto a covered terrace, an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a pantry and a master bedroom with balcony, dressing room and bathroom. Two further bedrooms have private shower rooms and open onto their own terraces. An independent bedroom with shower room and toilet completes the space. On the garden level, an independent apartment houses two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with terrace.

The outdoor area features a heated swimming pool, a shaded terrace and a lawn with space for up to twelve deckchairs. Absolute calm, total privacy and a refined natural setting characterize this rare place, equipped with a large water tank, two wells and a septic tank.
