Privileged location: Situated in Le Pradet, in a quiet residential area, the villa is just a few minutes' walk from the sea and close to the Garonne beach and the port of Les Oursinières. An ideal setting for enjoying the coves and coastline at any time of day.
Le Pradet is a small, authentic coastal village, appreciated for its family atmosphere and unspoilt countryside. Between sandy beaches, coastal paths and wooded hills, the village offers the ideal setting for a quiet, sunny vacation. Provencal markets, restaurants and local stores add to the charm of this destination, where life is lived to the rhythm of the Mediterranean.

Exterior
Located in a quiet residential area of Le Pradet, the villa enjoys a beautiful setting with the sea as a backdrop. The exteriors have been designed as real living spaces: main terrace with sea view, relaxation areas, outdoor lounge and dining areas. The large elevated terrace is particularly pleasant at the end of the day to enjoy the sunset over the Mediterranean. The bohemian/Moroccan ambiance is reflected in the seating, carpets and objects, creating a warm and exotic atmosphere.
Pool
The heated swimming pool is nestled in the heart of the property, out of sight. Its pale stone surrounds, sunbathing areas and meticulous landscaping make it an ideal place to relax during the day and in the evening. The safety gate allows families to enjoy the area in complete peace of mind. After a stroll to the Garonne beach or the Port des Oursinières, it's the perfect place to extend the day in a calm, gentle atmosphere.
Interior
Completely renovated, the house has been carefully redesigned to offer bright, open and warm spaces. The five en-suite bedrooms guarantee uniform comfort for 10 travelers, with quality furnishings and harmonious decoration. The living room, with its large windows opening onto the outside, is a convivial space.
