Villa Sélénite enjoys a prime location just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Plan-de-la-Tour, while offering a quiet and unspoiled setting. Set on a fully fenced private lot, the property features generous outdoor spaces designed to take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate.
The spacious, shaded terrace serves as a natural extension of the living areas and features an outdoor kitchen as well as a cozy dining area. The landscaped garden invites you to relax, while the pétanque court promises wonderful moments of togetherness.
Pool
The true centerpiece of the property, the 10 x 4.5-meter saltwater-heated pool invites you to relax in a peaceful, sunny setting. Positioned to take full advantage of the sun throughout the day, it blends seamlessly into the outdoor spaces. The spacious terrace surrounding it allows you to alternate between sunbathing and relaxing in the shade.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 30 September: €100 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior

The master suite on the ground floor offers direct access to the garden and pool, while the upstairs bedrooms open onto a terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards.
