- Pool heating is available at an additional daily cost from the first of April to the fifteenth of June and from the fifteenth of September to the first of November, with a minimum stay requirement.
- Bed linen and towels are provided as an optional service at an additional charge.
- A maximum of two pets are accepted, subject to a supplementary fee per animal per stay.
Exterior
Set within approximately one thousand five hundred square metres of enclosed grounds, the property ensures privacy and tranquillity, just one hundred metres from direct sea access.
The villa enjoys a privileged location close to the village of Giens as well as the beaches of La Badine and l’Almanarre, both renowned for the clarity of their waters and natural coastal surroundings.
The two terraces, including one measuring forty-five square metres facing the sea, provide an ideal setting to enjoy the Mediterranean climate from morning through to evening.
Access to the property is secured by an electric gate with remote control and a digicode system allowing flexible arrivals.
Pool
The outdoor swimming pool, heated during the season, integrates harmoniously into the property and enjoys open sea views.
Pool heating is available at an additional cost from the first of April to the fifteenth of June and from the fifteenth of September to the first of November, with a daily supplement applicable to stays of at least one week.

Completed in two thousand and twenty-four by an architect from the Giens peninsula, this contemporary two hundred and fifty square metre villa offers generous volumes and a design focused on comfort throughout the year.
The main living area of approximately one hundred square metres brings together the lounge and kitchen within a bright, fully air-conditioned space. Large openings create a seamless connection with two distinct terraces: one facing the sea and the other overlooking the landscaped garden.
All rooms benefit from air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort even during the height of summer. A fully equipped utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the amenities.
