Location: Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer is a peninsula of singular charm, known for its confidential coves, authentic harbors and peaceful pace of life. Close to Toulon yet far from the hustle and bustle, it offers a perfect balance between nature and comfort. Cap Sicié, just a few minutes away, is one of the most beautiful natural sites in the Var, ideal for hiking, mountain biking and family outings.

Pool security: the pool is secured with an electric roller shutter, but extra vigilance is advised in the presence of young children.

The villa has three private parking spaces and two electric recharging points.
