Location: Between Les Issambres and Sainte-Maxime, direct access to the beach. Shops, restaurants and the sentier du littotal just a few kilometers away. Saint-Tropez is also within easy reach by car, or by shuttle boat in 30 minutes from the port of Les Issambres.

Pool security: the pool is secured with an alarm and an electric shutter, but extra vigilance is advised in the presence of young children.
Exterior
This upscale villa in the Var region has been designed to fully embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle. The terrace features a bioclimatic pergola and several relaxation areas. There's no shortage of leisure facilities, including a pétanque court, ping-pong table and barbecue/plancha area.

Interior
From the moment you enter, Villa Issa captivates with its contemporary design and generous, single-storey volumes. The open-plan living space combines a fully-equipped, top-of-the-range kitchen with a bright living room that opens onto the terrace thanks to large bay windows. The four bedrooms, including two master suites, offer comfort and privacy with hotel-quality bedding and private bathrooms. An office with fiber connection completes the layout to meet the needs of both leisure and telecommuting stays.
