Please note:
Housekeeping service included during your stay: Housekeeping is provided twice a week as well as at the end of your stay to ensure optimal comfort throughout your vacation.
Pool safety: The pool is secured by an alarm, but for young children, constant supervision is recommended.
Please note that access to the villa involves a relatively steep climb.
Exterior
Set on landscaped grounds spanning over 1,500 m², the property features several outdoor spaces designed to allow residents to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The five wooden terraces naturally extend the living spaces and allow for a variety of atmospheres, from convivial meals and moments of relaxation in the sun to more intimate moments in the shade of the trees and surrounding greenery.
The meticulously maintained garden combines lawns, Mediterranean plants, and lounge areas to create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. A pétanque court and a Weber grill round out the outdoor amenities.
Pool
Facing due south, the 11-meter pool offers an exceptional panoramic view of the sea. The 5-person hot tub, equipped with LEDs and a built-in hi-fi system, perfectly complements this space dedicated to wellness and relaxation. Surrounded by wooden decks and lounge areas, the pool becomes the heart of the property during long summer days.
Interior
With over 230 m² of living space, Villa Fila captivates with its contemporary architecture, generous proportions, and abundant natural light. The spacious living room opens onto a large terrace with views of the sea and vineyards, creating a natural flow between indoors and outdoors. The modern, minimalist decor highlights the open spaces and the large windows overlooking the Mediterranean landscape.
The villa features four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Upstairs, the bedrooms offer direct access to a south-facing terrace with ocean views. Each bedroom is air-conditioned with individually controlled temperature settings.
