A prime location in Cannes: Situated in the residential neighborhood of Croix des Gardes, the villa is just a few minutes’ walk from the beaches and about twenty minutes from downtown and the Palais des Festivals. Shops and a bus stop are also within easy reach.
Location: Renowned worldwide for its Film Festival, Cannes also charms visitors with its coastline, sandy beaches, restaurants, and Mediterranean lifestyle. Highlights include the Croisette, the Suquet, Provençal markets, and numerous water sports activities.

Exterior
Villa Elite features a 1,400 m² landscaped garden offering beautiful spaces for relaxation in a quiet and secure setting. Several terraces allow you to enjoy the sun or shade throughout the day. The kitchen opens directly onto a terrace equipped with a barbecue and a large table that seats up to 14 guests, making it ideal for outdoor dining. The property also features private parking for three to four vehicles.
Pool
The heated pool is one of the property’s main attractions. Equipped with a counter-current swimming system and hydrotherapy jets, it’s perfect for both relaxation and exercise. Surrounded by terraces and a landscaped garden, it offers a pleasant setting to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

Pool heating is available throughout the entire rental period, €300 /week.
Interior
Completely renovated, Villa Elite offers 340 m² of bright living spaces where fine materials and contemporary design blend elegantly. The spacious living room, bathed in light thanks to its high ceilings, opens onto the terraces and the garden. The dining room comfortably seats ten people around a custom-made marble table, while the open-concept kitchen, crafted by French artisans, is fully equipped to entertain in style. The villa features six suites, including a spacious master suite and a separate apartment.
