What we like

Pool security: the pool is secured with an alarm, so extra vigilance is advised in the presence of young children.
Exterior
Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the villa offers a rare setting facing the sea. The terraces are home to vast living spaces: a convivial outdoor lounge, a fully equipped summer kitchen and several relaxation areas where you can enjoy the setting sun. The balance between authenticity and modernity lends this place a timeless charm.
Pool
At the heart of the garden, the large 9x4m private pool stretches out facing the port and the sea. Lined with deckchairs and mature trees, it invites you to spend long afternoons under the azure sky. The setting is both elegant and intimate, ideal for enjoying the best of the Côte d'Azur in a peaceful atmosphere.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 1 October: €360 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.

La Villa des Sables boasts refined interiors where every detail has been designed for comfort and quality of life. Generous volumes open up to the light, enhanced by noble materials and carefully selected furnishings. This recently renovated 1930s maison de maître retains all the charm and authenticity of its original style.
