Pool safety: The pool is secured by an electric cover, but for young children, constant supervision is recommended.

Villa Coco offers unobstructed ocean views from the terrace, the garden, and the pool. The outdoor spaces have been designed to take full advantage of this panoramic view, featuring a large terrace, garden furniture, a table that seats up to 12 guests, and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a plancha grill. The landscaped garden, planted with numerous laurel trees, also features a lighted pétanque court. Located within a private, secure estate, the property offers a particularly peaceful setting.
Pool
The 10 x 4-meter private pool blends seamlessly with the villa’s contemporary architecture. Surrounded by a terrace furnished with eight lounge chairs and four large umbrellas, it offers a beautiful view of the sea and a peaceful setting. It’s the perfect place to relax throughout the day.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 April to 1 November: €200 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.

The living room, which feels spacious thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows, enjoys abundant natural light and an unobstructed view of the sea.
