A heated pool overlooking the Mediterranean vegetation: The true heart of the property, the 8m x 4m heated private pool invites you to relax throughout the season in a quiet and unspoiled setting.
Amenities: In addition to its private pool, the villa offers complimentary access to the estate’s 25-meter pool and tennis courts, providing plenty of recreational opportunities for the whole family.

Pool Safety: The pool is secured by an alarm. However, when young children are present, constant adult supervision is still recommended.

Surrounded by a 1,500 m² private garden, Villa Calypso features several outdoor areas designed to let you enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The terraces feature an outdoor dining area, while the garden includes a pétanque court, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. The property also has a private parking area that can accommodate several vehicles.

The 8 x 4-meter heated private pool is surrounded by furnished terraces and offers an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean vegetation and the sea.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
Villa Calypso features a living room with a sitting area, a fireplace, and a dining area. The large floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the terraces and the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a work area where you can work comfortably if needed.
