The villa is located on a residential estate with a 25 m swimming pool, paddling pool, bar and restaurant in July and August, access to an equipped private beach (2 mattresses and 1 parasol), a beach restaurant, as well as two tennis courts and two boulodromes - ideal for upscale vacations with family or friends.

The villa enjoys an exceptional location with panoramic views of the sea and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, direct access to the estate's private beach, and comfortable outdoor furnishings. The estate's facilities include a clubhouse with 25-meter pool, paddling pool, tennis courts, ping-pong table and pétanque court, as well as a restaurant open from mid-May to mid-October.
