150 m from the beach: walking distance to public and private beaches, and to the marina.
Functional villa for 8 people : 4 bedrooms including one suite, full air-conditioning, equipped kitchen and bright living room.
Heated pool and 500 m² garden : Private heated pool (April-September on request), covered terrace and complete outdoor equipment.
Location: Villa Atelia is located in Issamb res, near Sainte-Maxime, 150 m from the beaches and 300 m from the marina, where you'll find shuttle services to Saint-Tropez and boat rentals. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, in a gated condominium.

The swimming pool is alarmed, but extra supervision is recommended for young children.
The villa is located in a secure condominium with electric gates, and has private parking directly in front of the entrance. Parties are not permitted.
Exterior
The villa is built on a 500 m² plot, with a manicured garden, covered terrace and outdoor dining area. Amenities include a plancha, family table, deckchairs and garden furniture. Private parking in front of the house provides easy access and security.
Pool
The private swimming pool is heated from April to September on request. It is located close to the main terrace, making it easy to access from the living room and to keep an eye on children. The area around the pool is equipped with deckchairs and offers ample space to create a relaxation area. The beach is just 150 m away, so you can alternate between sea bathing and swimming.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 April to 30 September: €210 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
Villa Beau Rivage offers 115 m² of living space, including a bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms, including a master suite. Spaces are designed to accommodate up to 8 people, with two bathrooms, three WCs and storage space in each bedroom. Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and a full range of electrical appliances ensure comfort for everyday use.
