Between Provençal heritage, hills and sea horizons
Five minutes from the village of La Garde-Freinet and its year-round amenities, Les Seignerolles enjoys a preserved setting in the golfe de Saint-Tropez. Grimaud is ten minutes away, the beaches twenty minutes and Saint-Tropez twenty-five minutes. The proximity of the village and coast places the estate in a Provence that is both rural and open to the coast.
A former agricultural hameau, the property was transformed in the 1960s and later became associated with Eddie Barclay's white parties, summer lunches and artists' gatherings. This history gives the place a distinctive identity. Renovation work is required; any alteration to the buildings will require an architectural study and must comply with applicable planning permissions. The property can therefore support a family project, hospitality use or a new purpose.
Exterior
The estate extends over more than 11 hectares (more than 27 acres), amid cork oak forests and sunlit hills. It overlooks the Saint-Clément plain, facing the château de Grimaud, with a glimpse of the sea. An old lane lined with century-old trees links the main residence to five independent houses and a studio.

The property comprises twelve bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The principal bathroom, fully panelled in antique woodwork, stands out for its intimate character and the quality of its décor.
