In an old Provençal hameau (hamlet), the property sits amid green countryside, away from the bustle of the coast. Access is via about five minutes along a track in very good condition and easy to use: this route through the countryside offers a gradual transition to an unspoilt setting. The house retains the spirit of the place, with a Provençal character shaped as much by its setting as by the atmosphere of the hameau.
The village of Plan-de-la-Tour is 15 minutes away, while Grimaud and the beaches can be reached in 20 minutes. With 175 m² (1,884 sq ft) of living space, the house offers room to stay in this setting while remaining close to the villages of the Golfe de Saint-Tropez and the sea. This balance between rural peace and the area's destinations is what makes its location so appealing.

On the main level, the veranda leads to a living area combining the sitting room and open-plan kitchen. Exposed beams, terracotta flooring and touches of wood give it character, alongside the fireplace. A laundry room and boiler room complete the house on the lower level.
Bedrooms
Two bedrooms are on the main level, with a shower room and separate toilet. Two more bedrooms are on the lower level, which also has a bathroom. One bedroom on this level currently receives light through a skylight; it is technically possible to add a window.
