The villa's proximity to the pretty Provencal square of Le Pradet, its shops and small restaurants, as well as the Tennis Club Pradétan.
Layout: the villa is located at the top of a hill, and has been designed on several levels, so that everyone can enjoy the sea view, numerous terraces, and privacy in the house.
A coastal path leads directly from the Domaine, giving you access on foot to the Garonne beach, with its restaurants, catamaran, kayak, wingfoil and paddle club ...., while enjoying sublime sea views. If you continue along the path, you'll come to the charming port of Les Oursinières.
Pool security: the pool is equipped with an alarm and can be fenced off on request, but we recommend particular care in the presence of young children.
Parking: the property is located in a gated and secure estate, so parking spaces are outside the house, but in a reserved area.
Flexible dates: In mid-season and off-season, this property can accommodate short stays or weekday departures.

Villa Cassiopée is built on a hill overlooking the sea, and therefore has several levels for living spaces.
At the entrance to the property, you'll find the annex on the lower ground floor, with a large bay window and its own terrace. A stone staircase leads up to the terrace and the main building, where you'll find a large living room with open kitchen, as well as two bedrooms on the first floor.
