Set on a site first inhabited in pre-Roman times, the Miraval estate unfolds as a place deeply rooted in history and nature. The château, with its understated vernacular elegance, offers thirty-five rooms and is surrounded by serene gardens, where a moat, fountains, ancient aqueducts, a pond and a chapel create a timeless atmosphere.
Encircled by vineyards, a recently planted olive grove and unspoiled garrigue, the estate is immersed in a landscape of evergreen and white oaks, stone pines, Aleppo pines and maritime pines. Along the gentle slopes, winding stone terraces trace the contours of the land, home to thirteen varieties of olive trees.
Located in the village of Correns, just north of Brignoles in the Var, Miraval embodies the quiet authenticity of Provence. In 2011, the estate entered a new chapter when it was acquired by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, in partnership with renowned winemaker Marc Perrin—marking the beginning of a shared vision dedicated to elevating the estate and its wines.
