Le Verger des Papes is run by Philippe and Jean-Pierre Estevenin, originally from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. In two thousand and one, they took over the family establishment founded by their parents, continuing a tradition rooted in the culinary trades and winegrowing.
The cuisine is based on local produce, with a focus on seasonality. Dishes reflect a Provencal inspiration, with combinations built around carefully selected ingredients.
The result is a coherent interpretation of the region, based on family experience and in-depth knowledge of local produce.
