Le Mas de Peint
The cuisine is based on products from the estate, such as vegetables from the kitchen garden, rice grown on site and bulls from the farm. The chef proposes a market cuisine, built around these ingredients and seasonal produce. Dishes are prepared with a simple, masterful approach. The terrace, set beneath a wisteria, offers a pleasant setting in fine weather. In summer, à la plancha cooking is available around the pool. The whole setting is open-plan, with cuisine focused on the product and the place.
Located in the Camargue, near Le Sambuc, this 17th-century farmhouse is set in a secluded environment, accessible by a path bordered by vegetation.
Formerly a charming hotel, it is now run as a family business, in the heart of a manade where bulls and horses are bred.
Meals can be taken outdoors under canisses or indoors in an elegantly decorated room. The whole offers a structured setting, with a direct link to the Camargue landscape.
