What we like
Pool Area: the large partially shaded terrace and lounge area is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine with your loved ones.
Style: this property offers a chic yet refined country spirit.
Location: in the countryside with a view of the rocky hills and close to the villages.
Air-conditioning: all bedrooms (except the ground floor bedroom) are air-conditioned, the ground floor bedroom has a single bed and is much cooler than the other rooms.
Exterior
Enjoy the beautiful 3,800m2 landscaped grounds and large heated pool with unobstructed views of the hills of the Alpilles. Dine al fresco in the traditional pebbled courtyard in the front of the house or poolside under the pergola while watching the sun set on the vineyards behind the house.
Pool
This beautiful private swimming pool measures 11.5m x 5m and has a depth of 1.4m-1.7m. It is secured by an electric shutter and heated for your comfort from the beginning of May to mid-October.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
During the recent renovations the Provençal charm has been retained with beautifully decorated interiors and the addition of modern comforts. The original vaulted stone ceilings feature in the spacious living and dining rooms on the ground floor leading out to the terraces. The entrance hall, well-equipped kitchen, a single bedroom with ensuite, laundry and guest toilet are also on this level.
The central staircase and gallery lead you to 2 double ensuite bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, two of which can be made as twin bed rooms and an independent bathroom. Above the kitchen there is an air conditioned double ensuite bedroom accessed by a timber staircase.

This luxurious property sleeps 14 guests in 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms (except the ground floor bedroom) are air-conditioned.

Bedroom 1: with 1 single bed, views of vineyards and the Alpilles and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
On the first floor:
Bedroom 2: with king-sized double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds upon request and views of the courtyard, AC.
Bedroom 3: with king-sized double bed, views of vineyards and the Alpilles and ensuite bathroom with shower, double sinks and WC, AC.
Bedroom 4: with queen-sized double bed and views of the courtyard, AC.
Bedroom 5: with king-sized double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds upon request, dressing room and views of the courtyard, AC.
Bedroom 6: with king-sized double bed, views of vineyards and the Alpilles and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC, AC.
Bathroom 1: with bath, shower, double sinks and WC.
Above the kitchen:
Bedroom 7: with queen-sized double bed, 1 single day bed, air conditioning and esnuite bathroom with shower and toilet, AC.
