What we like
Location: just a stone's throw from the famous village of Eygalières, this mas is ideally placed for discovering the most beautiful villages in the Alpilles.
Swimming pool: right next to the superb heated pool (on request) is the house's main kitchen, which opens entirely onto the garden for fantastic indoor/outdoor space.
Privacy guaranteed: nestled in the heart of nature and not overlooked, you can be sure of absolute peace and quiet.
Convivial spaces: plenty of space around the house for family and friends to get together for convivial moments such as summer meals and aperitifs.
Air conditioning: you'll always enjoy a cool, pleasant temperature in all rooms.

Pool safety: the pool is secured by an alarm, but special care is required in the presence of young children.

The Mas des Magnans offers a superb swimming pool, heated on request, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols.
The adjoining kitchen, open onto the garden, allows you to quench your thirst and enjoy long summer evenings with your feet in the water.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The Mas des Magnans is a historical 18th-century farmhouse that has been completely refurbished to offer the utmost comfort to its guests.
The property is divided into two wings.
The right (historic) wing features on the ground floor a guest WC, a beautiful master suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, as well as a dining room, TV lounge, and reading room opening onto the garden. The fully equipped main kitchen connects to a utility room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom — one with a separate WC.
The left wing, connected to the right wing via the main kitchen, opens fully onto the garden and pool. The ground floor offers a summer kitchen, TV lounge, and guest WC, while upstairs are two bedrooms sharing a bathroom and separate WC.
Finally, a guest suite on the ground floor of the left wing offers a private bedroom with its own bathroom and direct access to the pool — ideal for guests seeking extra privacy.

This luxurious vacation rental can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
The property is divided into two wings, connected by the summer kitchen and the walk-in closet, and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a pool.
Right Wing (historic), ground floor:
Bedroom 1 (master suite): with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) or two single beds (90x200 cm), air conditioning, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink, and toilet.
On the first floor:
Bedroom 2: with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) or two single beds (90x200 cm), air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.
Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) or two single beds (80x200 cm), air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and separate toilet.
Left Wing: This wing is connected to the right wing by the adjacent walk-in closet and opens directly onto the garden and pool. The main access between the two wings is primarily through the outdoor summer lounge.
First Floor:
Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) or two single beds (80x200 cm), air conditioning.
Bedroom 5: with a king-size bed (180x200cm) or two single beds (90x200cm), air conditioning.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and a shared toilet located in the hallway.
Ground-floor suite:
Bedroom 6 (master suite): with two king-size beds (180x200 cm) or four single beds (90x200 cm), air conditioning, direct access to the pool, and a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet—ideal for guests seeking more privacy.
