Things to note

Pool Security: the pool has an electric shutter for security but extra care should be taken with young children.
Not Enclosed: the property is in a natural setting and is not entirely fenced.

Exterior

The gardens and terraces blend effortlessly into the property's 2 hectares of natural landscape with olive trees, pines, oaks, cyprus, wild thyme and rosemary. Admire the view as you dine in the shade of the pool house, relax on a sun lounger by the pool and meet up with family and friends for a drink in the outdoor lounge. Several activities are available: table tennis, darts and pétanque.

Enjoy the stunning natural backdrop from the gorgeous 9m x 4.5m heated pool, whilst lounging on the sunbeds or relaxing under the nearby shaded terraces.

Pool heating availability and pricing

1 April to 30 June: €200 /week
30 June to 1 September: free of charge
1 September to 31 October: €200 /week

Outside these periods, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.

Interior

The refined air-conditioned interiors have been tastefully decorated with a mix of authentic charm and modern comfort. On the ground floor, you will find the stylish living room with fireplace and the well-equipped kitchen, with convivial dining area, flowing onto a covered terrace with outdoor table. This easy indoor-outdoor living makes Mas de Provence ideal for relaxed entertaining with family and friends. With doors opening to a garden terrace, you will also find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on this level. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and a study, all with views of the surrounding countryside.

This charming property sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 luxurious bedrooms all complete with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms to maximise your comfort and peace of mind. Each double bed can be converted into two single beds upon request.

Beautiful Villa

A special place

The mas was perfect with beautiful views of the the parkland and Les Baux. It was quiet and felt secluded but still was only minutes to Maussanne. The kitchen and outdoor cooking areas were fully appointed and the owners have thought of everything you would need. The house manager, Alex, was wonderful and made arrival and departure seamless, gave us very good recommendations and made sure the house was perfect.
