Villa Alta Terra is a passive house: its bioclimatic architecture reduces the energy footprint without compromising comfort in summer and winter. Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms.

The villa is set in the heart of a wooded plot, in a quiet, unspoilt environment. Each exterior element has been designed to offer moments of relaxation, conviviality or intimacy. Numerous rest areas invite you to read or contemplate. An outdoor brazier extends evenings under the stars. For the little ones, play equipment is integrated into the garden, guaranteeing a complete family experience. The whole complex forms a veritable natural refuge, just a few kilometers from the lively heart of Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
Pool
The swimming pool (14X5m), with its soft lines and lagoon reflections, blends perfectly into its surroundings. Bordered by a wooden deck and surrounded by vegetation, it invites you to relax. Deckchairs and shaded areas let you make the most of every moment of the day, whether for a refreshing swim, a siesta or a late afternoon aperitif.

The interior of Villa Alta Terra reveals 350 m² of open space bathed in natural light. Large bay windows create a constant dialogue between the interior volumes and the surrounding nature.
