Exterior
Set in the heart of 4,000 m² of landscaped grounds, this stone farmhouse benefits from a verdant, fully-enclosed environment, conducive to calm and relaxation. The garden, structured around olive trees and Mediterranean species, offers several spaces.
The property features two outdoor dining areas. Adjacent to the kitchen, a covered outdoor dining room with plancha can accommodate up to 12 people, ideal for lunches and dinners in the shade.
Near the pool, the fully-equipped pool house includes a lounge area, plancha and dining area for up to 10 guests. The table is extendable, and additional chairs are available in the utility room.
Private parking on the property, pétanque court and ping-pong table.
Pool
The secure 12 x 6-metre swimming pool is the focal point of the property. Spacious and perfectly integrated into the garden, it is ideal for swimming and relaxing. The safety system ensures that the pool is suitable for families with children.
Around the pool, deckchairs invite you to take full advantage of the Provencal climate, in an unspoilt environment with no direct neighbours.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 30 September: €300 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
With around 260 m² of living space, the mas combines generous volumes with Provencal authenticity. The light-filled main living room features a Rognes stone fireplace, the centerpiece of the room. The adjoining dining room is ideal for convivial meals, while the fully-equipped kitchen opens directly onto the terrace.
A mezzanine TV area creates a second, more intimate lounge. There's also an office that can be used as a workspace.
The property can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are air-conditioned. A children's bedroom with bunk beds is located on the first floor. A suite on the second floor has a garden view. One room has independent access, ideal for greater autonomy.
