Exterior
Located in a quiet residential area, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting with lovely, unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. The enclosed garden and various terraces allow you to take full advantage of sunny days, between moments of relaxation and outdoor meals.
Leisure activities include a pétanque court, ping-pong table and even a gym for the more active.
Pool
The 10x5-meter heated swimming pool blends in perfectly with the rest of the property and quickly becomes the focal point of the house.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 30 September: €200 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The villa offers spacious accommodation and a friendly atmosphere, ideal for stays with family or friends. The living spaces are bright and comfortable, with a welcoming living room around the fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen designed for sharing real moments together.
The five air-conditioned bedrooms offer a good balance between comfort and privacy. The real highlight is the independent, fully-equipped studio, which allows guests to enjoy their own space while remaining on the property.
